Withdrawal

 

In order to withdraw from a program/activity, the primary account holder must submit a written “drop request”. Note that requests for medical withdrawals should be made in writing to info@michigancheercompany.com and accompanied by documentation from a physician or medical institution to verify the medical condition, date of onset and estimated length of treatment. In the unfortunate circumstance that a participant must withdraw from activities for medical reasons any refund or credit requests will be determined on an individual basis. Refunds are issued when appropriate within the guidelines of the Cheer Company Brands refund policy. You will receive written notification of the decision within three (3) weeks.
