Refunds / Cancellations

In the interest of minimizing damages as they relate to the financial commitment between our members and the company, Cheer Company Brands is implementing the following standards regarding our refund and cancellation policy.

If you would like to request a refund, please complete the Refund Request Form below. Note that refunds are issued when appropriate within the guidelines of the Cheer Company Brands Refund Policy. You will receive a written Notice of Decision within three (3) weeks of your submission. It is our standard to process any applicable refunds approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date listed on your Notice of Decision.
