HyperJump Class

 

HyperJump class is designed to teach participants proper technique for strong jump execution, Athletes often view strong jump execution as the direct result of flexibility, however, it is a combination of dynamic mobility and a well-conditioned body. In this class we work to bring the two together.

The class curriculum emphasizes the fundamentals of a strong jump skill including, but not limited to:

  • consistent approach;

  • arm position within jump skills;

  • leg placement (i.e straight legs, pointed toes, hyper-extension, hip position, etc);

  • landings
