This group is a community and for our members. Kindness and support is not only the expectation, but a standard. Note that — in any event — per company policy, derogatory or demeaning comments/posts and negativity of any kind will not be tolerated and is considered grounds for removal from the group and — potentially — from the program.
Healthy debate is acceptable. We will not agree with every decision or circumstance 100% of the time and diversity of opinion is important and healthy for this group. That said, please make certain that you conduct yourself professionally — practicing discernment, mindfulness and kindness — when presenting differences of opinion.
There is no such thing as a stupid question. If you feel that you need clarification or insight on any matter in the gym, please ask! Communication is very important to the ownership at Cheer Company Brands and we work relentlessly to maintain open lines of communication and transparency on all matters.
